Cine distruge Chisinaul Istoric?

A fost demolată una dintre clădirile complexului ocrotit de stat a fostei şcoli de pomicultură şi viticultură din Chişinău (sec. XIX) din str. Sarmisegetuza 48. Demolarea s-a produs din vina Ministerului Culturii, materialul se anexeaza pe acest caz ca studiu de caz pentru raportul de audit. Schema coruptionala este valabila pentru alte cazuri. În februarie 2011, Primăria eliberează un certificat de urbanism prin care se permite proiectarea din contul demolării imobilului ocrotit de însemnătate naţională, o clădire nouă cu multe etaje. În luna mai este stopat începutul demolării acestui imobil. Recent, prin judecată, Primăria Chişinău a fost obligată să elibereze firmei proprietare a monumentului o autorizaţie de demolare a imobilului ocrotit de stat, deşi unica instituţie competentă în emiterea unor decizii de distrugere a imobilelor cu acest statut este Parlamentul R. Moldova, care a instituit regimul lor de protecţie. La 3 noiembrie 2011 clădirea a fost demolată total.
